Delete your The Cats Royale account

You can permanently delete your The Cats Royale account and its data at any time. Deletion cannot be undone — all progress, cards, currencies and purchases will be lost.

Option 1 — In the game (fastest)

1. Open The Cats Royale.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email (without the app)

Send a request from any device to support@koentji.games including your Player ID (shown on the Profile screen) or the email of the Google / Apple account you signed in with. We will verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account and player profile (name, avatar, player ID)
• Cards, deck, currencies, progress, missions and achievements
• Battle, Arena and purchase history stored on our servers

What we keep

• Your account ID and deletion date, and store transaction IDs of past purchases — kept to prevent fraud and duplicate purchase claims.
• Purchase records held by Apple or Google under their own policies.
